Solved! What's the deal with 5% back at Whole Foods

 

I see this at the end of my Whole Foods emails:








So I just wanted to know where I could see that 5% cashback thing.

After much pain, I learned that this 5% back appears in my amazon account here "Rewards Card member."

Scroll down on that page, and you'll see the YTD 5% back for Whole Foods purchases.

As I said, I don't have to call anybody. The answer is that the 5% discount shows up in my online Amazon account. But nobody that works for your company was able to tell me that. I had to go through the pain of figuring it out, and it wasn't easy to figure out. This was a very bad experience trying to get the answer to a very basic question. It's disheartening.
